    การกินเม็ดสีขาวต่อไปจะช่วยคงเสถียรภาพของระบบการกินยาคุมและทำให้การเริ่มการใช้ยาชุดต่อไปง่ายขึ้น. หากมีการขาดหายของเม็ดซ้ำๆ ควรปรึกษาแพทย์เพื่อหาวิธีการป้องกันที่เหมาะสม.
