ตารางเงินชดเชยเกษียณอายุของลูกจ้าง น้อยกว่า 120 วัน ไม่ได้รับค่าชดเชย 120 วัน แต่ไม่ครบ 1 ปี 30 วัน 1 ปี แต่ไม่ครบ 3 ปี 90 วัน 3 ปี แต่ไม่ครบ 6 ปี 180 วัน อัตราค่าชดเชยสำหรับพนักงานเกษียณอายุ ลูกจ้างที่ทำงานครบ 120 วัน แต่ไม่ครบ 1 ปี จะได้ค่าชดเชย 30 วัน หรือ 1 เดือน ลูกจ้างหากทำงานครบ 1 ปีแต่ไม่ครบ 3 ปี จะได้ค่าชดเชย 90 วัน หรือ 3 เดือน  กรณีค่าชดเชยตามกฎหมายเมื่อลูกจ้างเกษียณอายุ เป็นไปตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองแรงงาน มาตรา 118 ค่ะ โดยพิจารณาจากอายุงานกับอัตราเงินเดือนสุดท้ายของลูกจ้าง มีอยู่ 6 อัตรา กรณีที่ลูกจ้างมีอายุงาน 24 ปี จะได้รั  ลูกจ้างที่ทำงานครบ 20 ปีขึ้นไป จะได้รับค่าชดเชยเพิ่มจาก 300 วัน เป็น 400 วัน ส่วนการเกษียณอายุ ถือเป็นการเลิกจ้าง มีสิทธิได้รับค่าชดเชยตามเกณฑ์ เพิ่มการคุ้มครองแรงงานยุคดิจิทัล กรณีค่าชดเชยตามกฎหมายเมื่อลูกจ้างเกษียณอายุ เป็นไปตามกฎหมายคุ้มครองแรงงาน มาตรา 118 ค่ะ โดยพิจารณาจากอายุงานกับอัตราเงินเดือนสุดท้ายของลูกจ้าง มีอยู่ 6 อัตรา กรณีที่ลูกจ้างมีอายุงาน 24 ปี จะได้รั
